Cilene spent a week in San Diego at the USA  Olympic Training Center with the USA Youth National team . Coach Jim Stone invited Cilene to participate in the training sessions during the week before the team left to play the World Championship in Thailand. Besides coaching and mentoring the young generation of US players, Cilene had a chance to meet some of the top college coaches in the USA such as Jerritt Elliot from UT, Mick Haley from USC and Kevin Hambly from Illinois.
