Beach volleyball has been growing exponentially and the decision by the NCAA to add it as a scholarship sport will definitely increase the demand for quality training in the next few years. Athletes have used the sport as a way to keep in touch with volleyball during the summer and to develop their all around game.

The indoor and beach games require many different skills and strategies, and in order to succeed in the beach game, athletes have to seek especialized training from experienced and qualified beach coaches.

Instinct has offered beach training for the last 2 seasons and has a partnership with one of the top beach volleyball training programs in the world. Escola de Voleibol do Betinho has been training top athletes since 1999 in Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro. They have several programs for different levels of players from beginners to professionals.

Cilene Drewnick, Instinct's Head Volleyball Trainer, goes at least once a year to Brazil to continue to improve our beach volleyball program. We also receive the visit of qualified professional beach instructors from Brazil to train and develop our beach coaching staff.

As we do with our indoor program, we have a master training plan for all of our athletes. We have a step by step approach to develop our athletes in all areas necessary to succeed in the sport. We have a qualified coaching staff, great resources and a vast network (check under history) with the top coaches and beach athletes in the world. Come train like the PROs do.
