Cilene in the Final 4

In May 2009, our Head Trainer Cilene Drewnick took the NCAA Volleyball Champions, Penn State, to a 10-day trip to Brazil. The group spent time in the training facilities of the Brazilian Volleyball National teams where they trained indoor and beach volleyball.

In December 2009, Cilene and her friends met again during the NCAA Final 4. Cilene visited with her friends and had several meetings with top college volleyball coaches in the US to discuss Instinct, its system and players in the program. Penn State won its 3rd straight NCAA Championship after beating The University of Texas 3 games to 2. See some of the pictures.
